The seller waives all responsibility for damage that may occur during delivery. \u00a0<\/p>\n If the buyer does not receive the goods, or the delivery notice, after they have been sent, within the expected time, the buyer has the right to notify the seller about this so that actions can be taken to find the shipment or to send a replacement shipment. \u00a0<\/p>\n If the buyer refuses to receive the goods he ordered from the seller, he has the right to ask the buyer for reimbursement of all costs related to delivery. \u00a0<\/p>\n The seller undertakes to send the shipment to the buyer as soon as he receives the confirmation approving the online transaction. After receiving this confirmation, the seller undertakes to send the shipment within 3 (three) business days. \u00a0<\/p>\n After the delivery company (the delivery company) receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery and possible delays and problems that may arise in connection with further manipulation and delivery of the goods.\u00a0<\/p>\n COMPLAINTS<\/strong><\/p>\n The seller undertakes to deliver a product that is technically correct and corresponds to the product description listed on www.zvekir.ba.
